This multi-use structure hosts a four-plex movie theatre with additional retail/office space on the ground floor, and six loft residences above. The building is a central landmark for the community of Eagle and, although reminiscent of the "Old West" in form and materials, the detailing is contemporary. The natural materials used blend with the surrounding landscape.
